This will be a rather simple start to the creation of an An All Time Best List. It will grow and evolve over the years. If you are aware of a performance that we have overlooked (and there will be lots because we're seriously lacking in records) please let us know. We will need the date, name of the event and time of the runner. For the present we are going to start with listing the top ten times men and women over common distances. Road Times 2.5 kilometre
