The arena is now open Tuesdays-Saturday 1:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. for

YOU WATER IT, WE'LL CUT IT!
Public Works staff look after cutting the grass on the boulevards along
the Alaska and Haines Highways. We are asking businesses with lawns to please
water the grass on their property.
AND DON'T SAY WE DIDN'T WARN YOU!
Drivers are reminded that the speed limit on the Willow Acres road is 50
km/h, and the RCMP have been asked to step up their patrols of that road.

POOL WAVES
THANK YOU to our EARLYBIRD swimmers for their early morning support. Kudos

SWIMMING LESSONS 
Start June 17 - please register in person at the pool. Late registrations
will be accepted up until June 19, however, we regret to inform you that
we will not take registrations between 10 am - 1 pm during that time.
SWIM CLUB
has started! Come on out and join the Shakwak Sharks for a good
time. This year's schedule includes a stroke and turn clinic, fax meets
and the Yukon Invitational Sportsmanship Meet in Mayo! We are always looking
for more kids to join the club so come on down to the pool and talk to Rea
or Jason.
SYNCHRONIZED SWIMMING
Are you interested? If so, talk to Heather or Rea. We are looking at starting
up a synchro program in July if there is enough interest. If you are an
adult and are interested in trying it out, please let Heather know and if
there is enough committed interest, we will run a class.
