Please enclose your email address and you will receive confirmation of your registration. The base registration fee is $25.00 per person.  This registration fee will guarantee that when you arrive in Mayo, your anniversary T-Shirt, anniversary pin and pen will be waiting for you at the Binet House in a canvas bag with the anniversary logo.  You will also receive a name tag, promotional literature and tickets to anything else that you order using this form.  Please note that dance and dinner tickets are NOT included in the base registration fee - please enclose additional funds for these activities.   Dance tickets will be limited to the first 100 reservations received.

The T-shirts are navy blue with the Village of Mayo logo over the left breast.  One T-shirt is included in the registration fee.   Additional T-shirts $15.00 each, please indicate size and quantity in the summary box below.

FIELD TRIP REGISTRATION:

Two field trips will be offered during the homecoming weekend - in order to plan transportation, you must pre-register for the field trips.  A nominal fee to cover transportations costs ($2 per person) will be collected at the start of the trip.

Field Trip #1:  Climb Mt. Haldene with Mike McGinnis (Friday June 27th leaving Mayo at 9:00 pm returning by 5:00pm bring a picnic lunch and water) ______YES # of people ______

Field Trip #2:  Keno Hill field trip with Mark O'Donoghue and Chris Burn (Monday June 30 leaving (9:00 am returning late afternoon)    _______YES # of people_____

NOTE:  Flight Seeing tours will also be available at additional cost - please sign up at the Binet House upon your arrival in Mayo.  Other events?  Would you like to plan/organize some other special event? Please contact us!

Other venues include the Mayo Chinese Restaurant, Frenchman's Bar (Stewart Crossing), Moose Creek Lodge, and the Keno City Snack Bar.  These facilities will be open but are not offering preset dining options - please contact these establishments directly.

Accommodations are available throughout the area.  R.V. and camping in Stewart Crossing's Whispering Willows, Moose Creek Lodge, Ethel Lake Territorial Campground, Moose Creek Territorial Campground, Keno City, Mayo, Five Mile Lake and Halfway Lake.  Rooms are available in Mayo (Mayo Petroleum (2), North Star Motel (9), Bedrock Motel (9), at the Silver Trail Inn at Halfway (Sullivan) Lake (9), Keno City Cabins (2), Keno City Hotel and Moose Creek Lodge.  Please make your own arrangements.  The Village will be supplying some overflow parking for R.V.'s and tenting.  You must make your own accommodation arrangements....the sooner the better!!
