We serve a variety of international cuisine – we even make our own pasta! Your food is freshly cooked to order and only the best ingredients are used to prepare your dinner! Our restaurant is open daily between 5:30 pm and 9:00 pm (except Mondays) to our hotel guests. The Raven's restaurant is rated as one of the best restaurants in Canada by the "Where to Eat in Canada" national food guide and Alaska's "Best Places" guide book has given the Raven its highest possible rating. In the morning, a wonderful German-style gourmet breakfast (homemade breads and pastries, deli meats and deli cheeses, fresh fruits, juices, Kona coffee, etc.) is presented to our hotel guests in our breakfast room – a service that is included in your room rates! Unser Hotel "Rabe" liegt am Fusse des Kluane Nationalparks in dem kleinen Ort Haines Junction. Hier eine kurze Beschreibung unseres Hotels: 12 erklassig ausgestattete Zimmer mit Telefon, Dusche/Bad/WC, Haartrockner und SAT Fernsehen. 9 Zimmer haben je 2 Doppelbetten und 3 Zimmer haben je ein grosses "Queen" Bett. Gepaeck und Zimmerservice stehen ebenfalls zur Verfuegung. Ein Deutsches Gourmet Frühstück ist im Zimmerpreis enthalten. Unser Gourmet Restaurant mit spektakulaerem Blick auf die St. Elias Bergkette ist für unsere Hotelgäste täglich (mit Ausnahme Montags) von 17:30 Uhr bis 21:00 Uhr geöffnet. Wir wurden von dem Restaurantfuehrer "Where to Eat in Canada" mit 3 "Sternen" als eines der besten Restaurants in Kanada und als das beste Restaurant im Yukon Territory und Alaska ausgezeichnet.
